Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GoodToGo mobile application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

Description of Service

GoodToGo is a personal item tracking and reminder application that helps users keep track of their belongings using checklist management, location-based reminders, camera-based item recognition (Visual Intelligence™), and electromagnetic detection technology (Digital-Physical Resonance™).

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Application, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

GoodToGo offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the App Store (Apple) or Google Play policies
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Use the Application for any commercial purpose without our written consent

Intellectual Property

GoodToGo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoodToGo, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Visual Intelligence™, Digital-Physical Resonance™, and DPR™ are trademarks of GoodToGo, Inc. Patent Pending. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Device Permissions

The Application requires certain permissions to function, including access to your camera, location, and sensors. By granting these permissions, you allow the Application to use these features as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, which may limit Application functionality.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Application is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Application will meet your requirements

GoodToGo is a tool to assist with item tracking. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodToGo, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoodToGo, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
